Bexar County
In order to provide context for a number of public policy issues, Bexar County contracted with TXP to provide 10-year forecasts of key economic and demographic variables. For this analysis, the market area was defined to include all counties in the San Antonio MSA, as well as all counties that primarily lie within 100 miles of San Antonio. In addition, TXP provided 5-year forecasts for peer Texas MSAs.

Prevailing Wage Study for the Austin I.S.D.
Austin Independent School District
For contract-setting purposes, the AISD requires the most current information available on prevailing wages for construction-related occupations. AISD contracted with TXP and its partner MGT of America to conduct a survey that would identify prevailing wage rates and benefits being paid in the marketplace. As part of this process, approximately 250 regional firms with over 10,000 employees responded to the web-based survey.
